A Crawfordsville man was killed following a fatal car crash Monday morning. Indiana Gov. Mike Braun and representatives of INDOT stopped by the Montgomery County Government Center Tuesday morning to award a portion of this fiscal year's Community Crossings grant money to communities in west central Indiana. The Community Crossings program, which started in 2016, awards Indiana cities, towns, and counties grant money to help fund road infrastructure and maintenance projects. Montgomery County received $1 million, and the City of Crawfordsville received $213,702.50.
