Our Transparency Commitment
The ETTG Foundation is required by its Bylaws (Article X) to prepare and publish an annual report including financial statements, program summaries, and compliance certifications. This page is the public home for those reports.
Published Reports
First Report Pending
The Foundation's first annual report will cover Fiscal Year 2026 (January 1 – December 31, 2026) and will be published here in early 2027 once the fiscal year is complete and financial review is finalized.
What the Annual Report Covers
Each annual report includes:
- Message from the Board — a reflection on the year's achievements and challenges
- Programs and Impact — communities served, information distributed, disaster coordination, and civic education outcomes
- Financial Summary — revenue, expenses, and net position, with full statements available on request
- Governance and Compliance Certification — including Form 990 filing status, board meeting records, conflict of interest disclosures, and audit/review status
- Looking Ahead — priorities and known risks for the next fiscal year
Financial Information
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the ETTG Foundation's Form 990 is a public document and will be available through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search once filed. For questions about the Foundation's finances, please contact us.
Independent Financial Review
Per Bylaws Article X, the Foundation is required to conduct an independent financial review at least once every three years, and a full audit annually once gross revenue exceeds $500,000. The review status for each fiscal year will be noted in the corresponding annual report.
