FAIRLEE–On Oct. 13, local developer, Village Ventures presented a plan for redevelopment of the Colby Block property to the Fairlee Selectboard with 35 members of the public attending in person or remotely.

FAIRLEE–On Oct. 17, 68 voters — 7.8% of the total on the checklist — attended  a special in-person Saturday meeting to vote on whether to change the annual town meeting date. Those present ultimately approved the change in a voice vote.

FAIRLEE–A special meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Oct. 17 at the Fairlee Town Hall to see if voters support a proposed change in Town Meeting Day from the first Tuesday in March to the third day (Saturday) before the first Tuesday in March.

BRADFORD–Discussions about fire department aid to Fairlee, bids received for Phase I of the Elizabeth Park project, and upcoming charter amendment hearings were held at the selectboard meeting on Oct. 8.
