Crews have been working on the issue since the early morning hours all around the KVSH area. From Cherry Todd Electric - Cherry Todd Electric reports 45 three-phase poles breaking that feed Wood, East White River, and Eastern Mellette County, around 30 single phase poles west of White River that powers Cedar Butte area.
