The Philadelphia Water Department announced lane closures on a portion of Roosevelt Boulevard starting Thursday as crews work to replace a stormwater inlet. Officials said the work will start Thursday, Aug. 27, and will close two northbound outer lanes on Roosevelt Boulevard at Red Lion Road between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. One westbound lane of Red Lion Road will also be closed at Roosevelt Boulevard while work is underway.
