A state appeals court today has rejected a motion by murderer Kevin Monahan to throw out his conviction and sentence in the April 2023 shooting death of Kaylin Gillis. Gillis was a passenger in a car that mistakenly turned up Monahan’s driveway in Hebron on April 15, 2023. Monahan fired two shots, one of them killing Gillis who was just 20 years old.
