A house fire in Pittsfield was brought under control in 45 minutes Sunday night and left the home temporarily unlivable, according to the Pittsfield Fire Department. Firefighters responded at 8:55 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, to 622 Dalton Division Road for a possible structure fire after the building owner told a neighbor the house was on fire.
