The Log Road Fire continues to burn to the east/northeast of Harrison. The latest update from the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency has the fire at 1,500 acres and remains at 0% containment. Severe weather hit early this morning around the Brown Lee area. Rob Lee reported to KVSH radio that several trees were blown over and lots of branches knocked down on fences. There was also a center pivot overturned. Mr Lee stated that it did not look like straight line winds. Neighbors reported downed windmills as well. They reprted 1.90 of rain. Around 1AM the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for that area.
