BATON ROUGE — The man accused of killing Ja'Derrius Minnieweather is now facing charges of forcible rape, trafficking and indecent behavior with a juvenile, according to an affidavit. The arrest warrant says the victim described three instances to police when Maurice Parms, 51, had sex with her. The victim also stated that Parms knew she was 16. Police were investigating the disappearance of Ja'Derrius Minnieweather, 15, when they came into contact with the victim.
