ADDIS — Early Tuesday morning, West Baton Rouge Parish fire crews worked to contain a fire that started when a large tank of flammable liquid caught fire in the Sugar Mill subdivision in Addis.According to fire officials, workers were operating a large Acetylene tank when the valve ruptured, causing the pressurized vapor to ignite.
