Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash in Pike County. Troopers say the collision happened Wednesday afternoon on U.S. 23 in the Pikeville community. Investigators say 1988 Dodge Ram SUV driven by Paul Bisbee was traveling south when it crossed into the northbound lanes and struck a concrete bridge wall. Bisbee was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pike County Coroner's Office. The crash remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Post 9.
