In recent high school football action, Chapman defeated Marysville 44-24, Concordia shut out Abilene 33-0, and Wamego triumphed over Clay Center 35-7. In the Twin Valley League, Axtell outscored Reno County Homeschool 74-44, while Sacred Heart overcame Valley Heights 40-11. Other notable games included Sabetha's 49-20 win against Holton.
