A pursuit case is headed toward a February trial. The Goshen News says 37-year-old Jamarius Bryant is accused of driving into children and striking vehicles during police pursuits. Police say a pursuit in Elkhart began after a stolen rental vehicle was found in October 2025. Investigators allege the driver struck two children near a school bus stop. Bryant’s jury trial is set for February 15, with a status conference January 21.

Bryant Lockett, 38, of Indianapolis, was charged with sexual misconduct with a minor after police say he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old.
