Ten unoccupied cars and five homes were struck by gunfire Monday afternoon in the Village of Westover community in Dover, Delaware, according to the Dover Police Department. Around 5:11 p.m., officers responded to reports of multiple gunshots in the area of East Broadstairs Place.
