A Naugatuck teacher has been arrested after sharing multiple private messages with a minor. The Naugatuck police department was contacted by the Naugatuck board of education in early June about concerns involving a 15-year-old minor and a teacher. Upon investigation, police found that the teacher had frequent one-on-one interactions, including personal text messages over a span of several months with the minor.
