84-year-old BURTON “BURT” MUNSON passed away on June 24, 2026. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 24th, at Litchfield United Methodist Church, at 11 A.M., with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. The Connecticut Department of Public Health has confirmed the state’s second case of measles in 2026, this time in a vaccinated Hartford County adult following testing conducted over the weekend.
