9/1 Grand Canyon officials say 1-person remains missing from Saturday’s flood event at Phantom Ranch. The individual was hiking and camping with 2-other visitors who have since been found deceased. Stage-4 water restrictions will remain in place at the canyon for the foreseeable future due to an estimated 40% of the Transcanyon Waterline being destroyed. The North Kaibab Trail is also closed due to many bridges and crossing being washed away during the event.
