Starting mid-July, the rehabilitation project on one of Skagway’s main streets will shift to night work. A noise permit was approved to allow work from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through September. A representative for the construction project says it will be noisy, but it will be safer. KHNS’ Melinda Munson has more.
